Bedroom Tax Raised in PM and DPM Question Times

Prime Minister's Questions (PMQs) on 6th February was dominated by questions for David Cameron to fend on the proposed Bedroom Tax.

These included six questions from Leader of the Opposition, Ed Miliband, on issues ranging from the likely impact on disabled people to the limited availabilty of smaller properties in many areas to downsize to.

Deputy Leader of the Opposition, Harriet Harman, used the Deputy Prime Minister's Questions (DPMQs) on the 12th February to confronted Nick Clegg on the unfairness of the Bedroom Tax.

This issue was also raised by Conservative backbencher, and MP for Sittingbourne and Sheppey, Gordon Henderson, highlighting concerns about a constituent who required a spare bedroom for his carer.
