The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has published the latest batch of Regulatory Judgements (RJs) and strapline only judgements.
The social housing Regulator maintains an assessment of individual providers with more than 1,000 homes, regarding their compliance with the economic standards for all private registered providers (i.e. not local authorities). This is informed by its engagement as set out in Regulating the Standards.
A table that lists all Regulatory Judgements published by the HCA to date, ordered aphabetically by provider, can be access ed via this link.
Full RJ reports will only be published where the Regulator's view of a provider has changed and/or there are important issues or concerns to report.
Where a provider's grading is unchanged and it is meeting the Regulator's standards, only reference to the appropriate governance and viability rating will be published. Where applicable the table contains a link to the full RJ report.
Judgements will be published on the last Wednesday of every month.
