TSA Publishes Latest Regulatory Judgements
The Tenant Services Authority has published findings from assessments of the operations of ten housing associations, including:
- Bromford Housing Group, which owns 26,854 homes, maintained the highest possible ratings for viability and governance.
- Eden Housing Association, which manages 1,500 homes, had its viability rating upgraded to the highest possible following a reduction in its peak debt.
- Golden Gates Housing Trust, which achieved the highest possible viability rating in its first judgement, having taken over 8,700 homes from Warrington Council in November 2010.
- Stafford and Rural Homes, which has 5,700 homes and had its viability rating upgraded by the Regulator, with compliments that its business plan can cope with detrimental scenarios.
The other six social landlords - Bromsgrove District Housing Trust, Cornerstone Housing, Isos Housing, Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association, Regenda and Richmond Housing Partnership - all maintained their highest possible viability rating and the second highest rating for governance.
