NHF Briefing Calls for Hands Off Homes of Disabled People

The National Housing Federation has produced a briefing for MPs, peers and campaigners, highlighting the impacts of cuts to Housing Benefit on disabled people in the social sector.

The Federation is calling on ministers to rethink plans in the Welfare Reform Bill to impose harsh new size criteria on all working-age tenants receiving Housing Benefit in the social sector.

This briefing sets out the damaging impacts that this cut will have on the lives of people with disabilities.

The briefing can be downloaded here.
