The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) published an article titled "Five minutes with Claire O'Shaughnessy".
Claire O’Shaughnessy is the HCA's Head of Land and Regeneration, which overseas its work identifying and unlocking surplus public sector sites to increase the supply of land available for commercial, housing and community-led development.
The HCA recently published its first development and land disposal strategy, which will form the bedrock of the work of Claire O’Shaughnessy's team.
