Aspire Housing
The Aspire Housing Group is tackling the blight of empty homes in Stoke-on–Trent by using construction apprentices to transform derelict properties into family homes.
Aspire Housing and partner organisation PM Training - both part of the Aspire Group - are working side-by-side to deliver the Youth Refurbishment pilot, with the Association supplying the properties and social enterprise PM supplying the apprentices.

St Leger Homes of Doncaster
After a recent audit of its health and safety systems, St Leger Homes of Doncaster has been awarded the highest possible rating of five stars by the British Safety Council.
The accreditation is one of many the organisation has recently gained. Others include three stars from the Audit Commission, again the highest possible rating, and Customer Service Accreditation.
