Govan Housing Association
All twelve of its New Supplied Shared Equity apartments have been sold by Govan HA.
The one- and two-bedroom apartments were competitively priced between £68,000 and £96,000. Given the current financial climate, the success of the sales has been encouraging.
The contemporary new build development is set within the historic heart of Govan, a registered Conservation area. Some of the properties offer a spectacular view over the Clyde onto the skyline of the West End and beyond.
