Tenants in Whiteinch have voted to transfer ownership of their homes from Glasgow Housing Association (GHA) to Whiteinch and Scotstoun Housing Association.
As a consequence, 317 homes will transfer under the process known as Second Stage Transfer (SST).
Of the tenants who voted in the ballot, 84% supported the transfer. The turnout in the ballot was 45.4% of all those eligible to vote.
If Scottish Ministers give their consent, the legal transfer of homes will take place later this year.
To date, more than 12,000 GHA homes have been transferred to community-based housing associations through the SST process.
Tenants in the Vale of Glamorgan have rejected the proposal to transfer to the new local housing organisation, Heritage Coast Homes.
Nearly 68.5% of tenants voted in the ballot, of which just over 49% supported the transfer but almost 51% opposed it.
The transfer would have secured the investment needed to bring homes up to the full Welsh Housing Quality Standard, as required by the Welsh Assembly Government.
In a ballot on the proposed transfer of Wycombe District Council's 6,126 homes to the new Red Kite Housing Association, 56.5% tenants voted in favour (turnout 65.3%).
The transfer will unlock greater investment in its housing stock, but some tenants say the move will lead to higher rents and inferior tenancy terms.
Some tenant campaigners now want to meet Housing Minister Grant Shapps to ask him not to sign-off the transfer, claiming the Council "failed to properly consult its tenants in accordance with the Statutory Guidance issued by Communities and Local Government in 2009.
