This year's conference will be focusing on the biggest legislation in this area of housing looking at section 152/153, common issues surrounding it and how to respond.
It will also be looking at how the TSA interacts with leaseholders, especially in light of the new regulatory framework for social housing.
The event will also feature sessions on equity release and equity loans and collecting service charges, focusing on the housing and regeneration act 2008.
There will be master classes on regeneration schemes and buy backs, S20, major works and service contracts, the management of post sales and shared equity stakes as well as a session on the pro's and con's of sinking funds looking at the CLG's reform of the HRA including making sinking funds mandatory.
