IBS OPENSystems signed a contract in excess of £100,000 with the Community Housing Group to deliver its OPENContractor solution in order to streamline internal processes and optimise customer service. This incorporates IBS OPENSystems' integrated Mobile Working module which extends these benefits to field users.
IBS OPENContractor will enable The Community Housing Group to optimise service levels to its tenants by logging maintenance requests more efficiently. The Mobile Working module then allows the captured data to be distributed via a handheld device to designated operatives in the field, so that requests can be fulfilled at the earliest opportunity.
OPENContractor will also streamline the processing of invoices, payroll, job contracts, timesheets and other internal business processes, in order to create greater efficiency right across the group’s operations.
The Community Housing Group is based in the Wyre Forest District of Worcestershire and was established in 2000, following a housing stock transfer from Wyre Forest District Council. The group has a growing portfolio of approximately 5,500 homes.

Harrow were awarded Beacon authority status because of their robust approach to homelessness prevention. Its On-line Homelessness Procedures help them to apply that good practice consistently.
The Destin Hosting Service offers access to policy, procedures and training notes through a secure web based application. An updating service is incorporated.
