ASRA Greater London Housing Association selected Chigwell Construction Limited and re-appointed existing contractor Linbrook Services Limited, to provide a high-quality repairs service to around 2,500 homes across London and the Home Counties.
Chigwell Construction will cover 1,100 homes in ASRA's eastern patch, including the local authority areas of Barking and Dagenham, Camden, Greenwich, Haringey, Islington, Lewisham, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, and Waltham Forest.
Linbrook Services will cover 1,400 homes in the west region, including local authority areas of Aylesbury Vale, Barnet, Brent, Croydon, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Kingston upon Thames, Lambeth, Reading, Slough, St Albans, Wandsworth, and Watford.
ASRA is part of the £540 million LHA-ASRA Group, founded by LHA and ASRA Greater London HA and launched in January 2006.
With 450 staff and offices in Leicester (Head Office), London, Nottingham and Northampton, it manages 11,000 homes across an area extending from Nottinghamshire across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, to London and the Home Counties.
