Over 600 housing professionals attended the 2006 Housing Excellence Awards in Cheshire. Established in 2004, the awards aim to celebrate those who have distinguished themselves over the previous 12 months in both the social and private housing sectors.
A panel that included former president of the Chartered Institute of Housing Ian Richardson, Local Government Taskforce member Noel Foley, and Doctor Tom Manion of Irwell Valley Housing selected the winners.
