Averley became the new Deputy Chief Executive at the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment. Ms Averley moves there from her post as
Director of the enabling programme at CABE.
Ralph Facey joined Oriel HG as its new Director of Housing & Neighbourhoods. Previously, he
was Housing Services Manager at Gosport BC.
Craig Felts was elevated from Deputy Director to Director at Midlands Rural
Housing.
Jim Hayton was promoted from Head of Strategy & Development (Housing) to Director of Housing & Technical Resources at South
Lanarkshire Council.
Steve Osborne stepped up from Development Director to Managing Director at Infinity Homes.
Lynda Peacock
was elevated from Head of Housing Strategy to Acting Director of Housing following a restructure at Norwich Council.
Deborah Pike was
appointed Director of Housing Services at Testway Housing.
Ann Pittard joined Wakefield Council as Head of Strategic Housing. She
previously worked for the Audit Commission.
Ian Richardson took up the post of Chief Executive at Gloucestershire HA. He joined the HA
from his previous post as Chief Executive at Two Castles HA. He is also currently President of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Steve
Watson was appointed Managing Director at Redland HA, which he will join from his post as Development Director at Gloucestershire HA.
