A joint affordable housing development
and suite of offices for the voluntary sector was officially opened in Aberdeen. The former derelict listed building was refurbished by Langstane HA,
with funding of more than £1.5 million from Communities Scotland, to provide 32 flats for affordable rent, including three flats suitable for
people with disabilities.
Affinity and Moat Housing Groups were selected by English Partnerships as the preferred developers for an
£8.4 million mixed tenure housing scheme in the Ashford growth area. The 64-homes scheme will be on a former brownfield site in
Ashford.
